CFAWL Young Lawyers, and members of all ages, join us for a #WindDownWednesday with YogaMix. We all know selfcare is important, but as professionals, we are constantly pulled in different directions and tasked with balancing or juggling different areas of our life with ease. Selfcare can take a back seat by mid-week. As a women’s health initiative, CFAWL has asked YogaMix to help us refocus our attention with a short chat about selfcare, meditation, and journaling, followed by a guided yoga practice (beginner friendly). Regardless of your yoga skill level, you’ll love this opportunity to look inward, relax, and re-center!
