The OCBA’s Health and Wellness Committee, chaired/co-chaired by our own Nicolette Kramer and Elizabeth Collins Plummer, will be teaming up with Eat the Frog Fitness to offer a complimentary virtual workout! Participants can expect an hour total body workout led by one of Eat the Frog’s awesome coaches. Although equipment is not necessary, please feel free to get creative and use whatever weight options you have available. This event is limited to OCBA members, and information (including time) can be found on the Health and Wellness Facebook page.
For fun, we encourage anyone attending that is also a member of CFAWL to wear pink!
