The format will be a moderated panel, with audience interaction and meet-and-greet time with the judges afterward. Conversation topics will include: women lawyers’ career expectations; overcoming bias; getting male decision makers involved; and personal stories of the panelists (e.g., challenges the judges faced during their careers, how they dealt with those challenges, gender bias they have observed from the bench, and their unique paths to becoming a judge). All interested members of the Orlando legal community are invited to attend.
